Downers

Downers and chemsex are two different activities that involve the use of drugs. Downers are drugs that slow down the central nervous system and create a feeling of relaxation. Examples of downers include benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and alcohol. Chemsex is a term used to describe the use of drugs such as crystal meth, GHB, GBL, and ketamine during sex, often with several partners.

Empathics

Empathic drugs are drugs designed to increase the capacity of the user to empathize with others. The goal of these drugs is to provide a more meaningful connection with people around them and with the world at large. Examples of these drugs include oxytocin, which has been found to increase trust and empathy between individuals, and MDMA, which has been used in therapy to increase empathy and understanding between individuals.
