Average Delivery Times

• USA – 9-14 days, delivered by USPS
• Within EU – 7-12 days, delivered by Correos in Spain, LaPoste in France, DHL in Germany, PosteItaliane in Italy
• Canada – 3-9 days, delivered by CanadaPost
• UK – 7-14 days, delivered by RoyalMail
• Australia and New Zealand – 21-30 days, delivered by AusPost

All shipments are sent out within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. If for any reason you have not received your order 7 working days days after the above stated delivery time, please contact us.

Tracking number will be sent by E-mail when the order is processed. You would also be able to view order information and status updates on the Order information page, by entering your Order reference number.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns.

Customs

Please note that you are responsible for your country’s customs clearance, taxes and import duties. Any packages returned back to us by the customs will be eligible for a refund minus the P&P costs.
